Two what?!

Two it is. But two what?!

It's a number anyone may flash at any time. Whether you're a hippity-hopper, Winston Churchill, two white chicks from Wisconsin, a bitty-baby, a naked derelict wearing a sock on his cock or the infamously cool Detective Steve McGarrett (giving it low down and nasty).

Is it an answer or a question? A statement or an expression of hope? Is it "peace" or "victory"?

Is it, "How many for tea?"

Is it, "What number divided by love can only be one?"

Is it something else entirely?

My sources say it's, "Peace Out". Winston says it's "Victory". Is it "Victory for Peace"? If it is "Peace Out", where does the peace go and better yet, how does it get "in" to begin?

While we're visiting, let's have a cookie and consider this: are the hippity-hopper and the naked derelict on the same wavelength? Are the white divas from WI expressing the baby's thought? Was Steve McGarrett a visionary? Did Churchy beat everyone to the Two?

"Peace" has always been "fingers out". It's always been palm toward the audience so as, I imagine, to differentiate it from its opposite, the dreaded "one", which is always flipped palm in.

Who turned the hand around? Why?

Is it some kind of weird power tripping symbol-flipping? Is it supposed to remind me that those Two could as easily be One?

I know what the Two with the added pnkie is and I'm not going there at all.

Two it is. But two what?!

I always thought it meant: " Boom, boom, lacka, lacka, lacka, boom.
Boom ( pause ) lacka, lacka, boom, boom. " ....like in the song.
