Called Mom tonight and she said she hadn't heard from the doctor which means that her second test was clear.

The Doc put her on a different medicine but she said it's upsetting her stomach and giving her a headache. She's developed a sensitivity to a lot of drugs that don't bother most people. If you read the literature that pharmacists usually include with medicine, you'll read - for instance - that "a small percentage of those tested grew horns on their noses or turned bright yellow". Well, Mom would do both.

Anyway, I'm sure the Doc will get her settled on something. So, whew! I still think Mom will outlive me.
