Traitors all

If you know that the outcome of a certain action will cause disaster for your country and you follow through on that action, it's called treason

It's time to talk impeachment.

Oooh, that Dick Cheney. He makes me so mad ! Why oh why did he pay attention to that doofus Clinton and his stupid " regime change " resolution anyway ?
Well, he makes me mad, too, Auntie. Especially since Clinton's policy of regime change, included Operation Desert Fox which crippled Saddam so badly that both Condoleeza Rice and Colin Powell said that Saddam was no longer a threat.

Well, they said that before Dick Cheney really got the Treason Train moving.

Things change. Mr. Wilson said he was going to keep us out of war. So dod Mr. Roosevelt. Have you listened to what Kerry and Mrs. Clinton said prior to 2003 as opposed to what they're saying now ? Sometimes, past pronouncements aside, you gotta do what you gotta do.

If you know the certain outcome will bring disaster and follow through anyway, it's not called 'treason'. it's called 'folly'. From the latin for 'third marraige'.
Sorry Auntie, the Republicans have a phrase for people who change their approach to a situation. They call it "flip-flopping". Changing your mind isn't allowed.

The online dictionary has a definition of treason that goes:
"a violation of allegiance to one's sovereign or to one's state."

I'd say that fits Cheney's bill.

LWHoll:
Jay-zuz boy, if you start thinking for yourself they're going to kick you out of the democrazy party. You can go to jail in San Francisco just for having a dictionary. Unless it's a coffee table book of, you know, pictures of actual dicts.
Man, I'm not even in the democrazy party! Bless me father for I voted for actual Republicans in the last G.E.
