If we let 'em keep it, they might spend it on consumer goods. If we take it away from 'em, the government will spend it on $ 600 toilet seats.
Yeah but then the $600 toilet seat makers spend it on hookers and booze for Congress. It's just a different kind of package getting stimulated.
